BONUS Software programs
Access to premium paid software programs. Depending on your needs, this may include: Astra PRO theme, plugins: WPML (WordPress Multilingual), WP Rocket, Elementor PRO.

Staging updates

Monitoring for website security & downtime

Troubleshooting & communication on your behalf with hosting & other service providers

Testing and maintaining functionalities such as online shop or custom coded theme or functionalities
Depending on the specific case we customize the offer for you.

 

* This plan will be personalized depending on your specific website needs and structure. All updates happen in the beginning of the month, if there is a new version available and when recommended.

  • Assistance in fixing a bug if it came with an update

  • Monthly detailed report that includes what we have updated and if there were any issues.

* Depending on your specific website needs, we can recommend you purchase specific software, some of which you will get as a BONUS with our website maintenance plans for the duration of your maintenance contract.

Dedicated time for monthly PRIORITY Support
We consult and make changes to your website per your request.

20% discount on extra support hours
You can add as many dedicated monthly priority support hours to our Priority Support plan as you wish.

Premium Support – Maintenance + More Dedicated Hours and Faster Response – contact us for a quote!

What’s included:

  • Everything from Maintenance!
  • Up to 2 hours for updates of content or design monthly*

If you want to add a new article/product/portfolio or change the layout here and there – 2 hours of those changes are automatically included and you don’t have to pay extra!**

**The hours do not accumulate for next month.

*** If you want more changes made that take more than 2 hours, we estimate them and the price is 72 BGN / hour for executing.

Catching up on updates:

If you have skipped many updates by now, we will need to make sure that there won’t be many things that will break on your website when we perform them. This is why we will need to:

  • Create a website analysis of your website and see what the situation is with your server, hosting, theme, WordPress and plugins
  • Make the necessary updates and changes that have been accumulated so far
  • Fix any bugs that come up

 

This and any other extra support will be priced per hour. 

After we are ready with this, your monthly support subscription can begin.
